ONE MISSION:

To demonstrate God's love in a tangible way to needy children

around the world, and together with the local church worldwide,

to share the Good News of Jesus Christ.

 
MVC is THROWING a PACKING PARTY
on November 13th at both Services


WE NEED THE FOLLOWING ITEMS TO FILL EACH SHOE BOX.

 PLEASE BRING THE ITEMS THAT GOES WITH THE FIRST LETTER OF YOUR LAST NAME. WE ALSO NEED A LOT OF SHOE BOX’S. PLEASE BRING ALL ITEMS TO CHURCH EACH SUNDAY UP TO THE DAY OF THE EVENT.

 

A–G SCHOOL SUPPLIES: pens, pencils and sharpener, crayons, markers, stamps, writing pads, solar calculators, small coloring/picture books

 

H–N TOYS:  small cars, balls, dolls, stuffed animals, kazoos, harmonicas, yo-yos, jump ropes, small Etch A Sketch®, toys that light up or make noise (with extra batteries), Slinky®, etc.


M–S HYGIENE ITEMS:  toothbrushes, toothpaste, mild bar soap (in plastic bag), comb, washcloth, etc.

 

T–Z OTHER:  hard candy, mints, gum (place all candy in Ziploc bags), t-shirt, socks, ball caps, sunglasses, hair clips,toy jewelry, watches, flashlights (with extra batteries)

DO NOT BRING:
Used or damaged items; war-related items such as toy guns, knives or military figures; chocolate or food; out-of-date candy; liquids or lotions; medications or vitamins; breakable items such as snowglobes or glass containers; aerosol cans
